Return damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. We repair or replace within 15 days — applicable in West Bengal.
Returns are applicable for deliveries within West Bengal only. You can initiate a return for products that arrive with visible physical damage or tampering within 7 days of delivery. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Our technical team will analyze the issue — if the product is repairable at your location, our repair team will address it within 15 days. If not repairable, we will issue a replacement within 15 days of the return request.
For return requests made between 7–15 days from delivery (West Bengal only), New Priyatama Furniture will assess the damage and repair the product at your location at no extra cost. If our service team determines the damage was willfully caused by the customer, repair costs will be borne by the customer.
Manufacturing defects (e.g. joint failures, veneer peeling, hinge failure, finish defects) are handled through our 1-Year Warranty process, not through this returns process. Please WhatsApp us with photos and your Order ID to initiate a warranty claim — our team will inspect and repair or replace as applicable.
It may take upto 15 days to process the refund after a return. Please note that payment gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable. The balance amount, after deducting these charges, will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
