New Priyatama Furniture offers EMI financing through Snapmint, a third-party Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) provider. Snapmint allows eligible customers to split their purchase into easy monthly instalments of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.

When you make a payment through our online payment gateway (Razorpay, Snapmint, or any other gateway used on this platform), the payment gateway deducts a Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) — a transaction processing fee charged by the payment network and the gateway provider. This fee is typically in the range of 1.5% to 3% of the transaction amount, depending on the payment method used (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, EMI, etc.).
MDR charges are non-refundable. In case of a cancellation or refund of your order, the MDR amount deducted at the time of original payment will not be refunded. The refund processed by New Priyatama Furniture will be the net amount after deducting MDR (i.e., the original payment amount minus the gateway's MDR fee).
This policy applies to all payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and BNPL/EMI options. We apologise for any inconvenience and recommend customers to contact us before initiating a cancellation if they have any queries regarding applicable deductions.
All our furniture is custom-manufactured to order. Payments are collected in three stages, each with its own refund rules:
Paid upfront to reserve your order slot. Our team then contacts you to confirm specifications, delivery timeline, and final price.
Collected after you agree to proceed. Triggers the start of production.
Payable at delivery via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, EMI) or Snapmint EMI. No advance is required — you pay only when your furniture is ready for dispatch and you are satisfied with the product.
