Cancellation & Refund Policy

₹999 booking fee is refundable before production commitment. The 25% production deposit carries a 24-hour cancellation window — after that it is non-refundable as production begins.

Order Cancellation :

All our furniture is custom-manufactured to order. Cancellation rights differ depending on which payment stage you are at, as described below. Please read each stage carefully before making a payment.

Custom / Made-to-Order Furniture : Once production has commenced, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel before production begins, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 98300 06764. Cancellation requests received before production starts will be honoured and refunded as per the terms below.

Three-Stage Payment & Cancellation Policy :

  • Stage 1 — ₹999 Booking Fee
    Paid upfront to reserve your order slot and initiate a consultation with our team.
    This fee is fully refundable in either of the following cases:
    • Our team is unable to fulfil your order (out of stock, non-serviceable location, etc.)
    • You decide you are not interested after speaking with our team, as long as you have not yet paid the 25% production deposit.
  • Stage 2 — 25% Production Deposit
    After our team communicates the final product specifications, delivery timeline, and total charges, and you agree to proceed, a 25% production deposit is collected before manufacturing begins.
    Cancellation window: You have 24 hours from the time of paying this deposit to request a cancellation and receive a full refund of the deposit. After 24 hours, production commences and the 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as materials have been sourced and labour has been committed.
  • Stage 3 — Remaining Balance
    Payable at the time of delivery via Cashfree (all payment methods) or Snapmint EMI. No advance payment is required for this stage — you pay only when your furniture is ready for dispatch and you are satisfied.

Refunds :

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of order cancellation. Please note that payment gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable. The balance amount, after deducting these charges, will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Duplicate Payments :

In the event of a duplicate payment for the same order, we will refund one of the transactions within 5-7 business days via the same payment method, subject to verification with our payment gateway. Please note that payment gateway/transaction charges on the duplicate transaction are non-refundable.
