We use ISI-grade plywood and seasoned hardwood — sheesham, teak, and engineered wood variants depending on the product and customer preference. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers and quality-checked before production.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. For custom/made-to-order furniture, cancellation is not possible once production has started. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you wish to cancel.
Delivery

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery charges vary by state and district. Free delivery is available in select areas around Howrah, West Bengal. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see the exact delivery cost.

Standard in-stock furniture: 3–7 working days. Custom or made-to-order furniture: 15–30 days production + shipping time. You'll receive WhatsApp updates at each stage.

Yes — free assembly is included for all deliveries within West Bengal. For deliveries outside West Bengal, assembly is not included; you may assemble the furniture yourself using the provided instructions or hire a local carpenter. Our team is happy to guide you through the process on WhatsApp.

Payment & EMI

We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), net banking, and EMI — all processed securely via Razorpay.

Returns & Warranty

Returns for products that arrive with physical damage or tampering are accepted within 7 days of delivery — applicable for West Bengal deliveries only. Damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos. For manufacturing defects (e.g. joint failures, veneer peeling, hardware issues), please use our 1-Year Warranty process — our team will inspect and repair or replace. Yes. All products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering structural defects. To make a warranty claim, WhatsApp us with photos — our team visits within 3–5 days to inspect and repair or replace. See our Warranty & Quality Promise page.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI and bank transfers may take 1–2 additional days depending on your bank.
Custom Orders

WhatsApp us your requirements: dimensions, wood type, colour/finish, and reference photos if any. We'll share a design mockup and quote within 24–48 hours. A 50% advance secures your order.

Production typically takes 15–30 working days depending on complexity and material availability. We'll give you a more precise timeline when you confirm your order.

Yes. For custom orders, we send you photos of the finished product via WhatsApp before dispatch. You can request minor adjustments at this stage (e.g., touch-ups on finish). Delivery is only dispatched after your approval.
